Answers Before Production Begins

From product development and sampling to production timelines and shipping, here are the questions clients ask most before starting a project.

What types of print products do you manufacture?

We manufacture a wide range of print and paper-based products, including instruction manuals, board books, puzzles, interactive children’s books, commercial print materials, packaging, and custom OEM paper products.

Do you work with publishers and overseas brands?

Yes. We work with publishers, product brands, OEM clients, and manufacturing companies across international markets. Our role is to support both standard print production and custom product development.

Can you help with early-stage product ideas?

Yes. Some projects begin with complete production files, while others start with a reference sample, sketch, or early concept. We can help review structure, materials, finishing options, and production feasibility before sampling begins.

Do you support OEM and ODM projects?

Yes. We support OEM production based on client artwork and specifications, as well as ODM-style development support for projects that require structure planning, material selection, sampling, or production guidance.

What information should I provide for a quotation?

Helpful details include product type, size, page count, structure, quantity, material preference, finishing requirements, artwork files, reference samples, delivery timeline, and destination country.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. Sampling is an important step for reviewing appearance, materials, structure, finishing, assembly, and production feasibility before moving into mass production.

Can you produce board books, puzzles, and interactive children’s books?

Yes. We support board books, puzzle products, touch & feel books, water reveal books, pop-up structures, lift-the-flap books, and other interactive paper-based products that require structural processing and assembly.

What file formats do you accept?

We commonly work with print-ready PDF, AI, PSD, and other production files. If your files are not finalized yet, reference samples, sketches, or product photos are also helpful for early project discussion.

How do you control quality during production?

Quality control is managed through file and version checks, in-process inspection, structural review, final inspection, and batch consistency checks before shipment.

Do you provide pre-shipment confirmation?

Yes. Before shipment, we can randomly select samples directly from finished production batches and send them to the client for final confirmation before delivery is arranged.

What is your typical production lead time?

Lead time depends on product type, structure complexity, finishing requirements, quantity, and current production schedule. Estimated timing is reviewed after project details and sampling requirements are confirmed.

Can you handle repeat orders and long-term production?

Yes. We support long-term OEM production through version control, production records, repeatable workflow, and batch consistency management.

What happens if there is a production issue?

If an issue is caused on our side, we review the cause, communicate clearly with the client, and handle the situation responsibly. Long-term cooperation matters more to us than a single transaction.

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong, China, with a self-owned production facility and an integrated workflow covering printing, die cutting, mounting, binding, finishing, assembly, and inspection.

How do I start a project with you?

You can send us your product idea, artwork, reference sample, or basic requirements. We’ll review the details and let you know what information is needed for quotation, sampling, and production planning.
